Kevin Clark is 69 years old and is a retired Special Forces A team operator, and Civil Affairs Officer. Kevin Clark currently is the Richmond County's Democratic Party Chairman. He is a long time activist forged in the fires of the civil rights, women's and peace movements of the sixties and seventies. During his military career he became a combat veteran and served around the world.
